Medicines

1.) Consult your physician so you will know if Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen are suitable for the condition of your sore throat and for your whole body as well.

Citrus Fruits

1.) Put some lime or lemon into a glass of orange juice and drink it.

Spicy Things

1.) Consume a maximum of one cough sweet in an hour for your throat to feel light and more relaxed.

2.) Don’t eat chewing gum nor sing or shout out loud. Give your throat a rest. Talk less as well.

4.) Gargle water with a half teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder.

Other Foods

1.) Consume honey from time to time.

2.) You can eat desserts, but make sure that they are free from sugar. On the other hand, you are not allowed to eat frozen treats.

Drinks

1.) Stay away from drinking products which contain milk. Instead drink beverages w/ Vitamin C like Emergen-C to help get rid of free radicals in your body.

2.) Create honey and ginger tea. Heat a cup filled with water for about 2 minutes. Use a strainer in putting the tea leaves. Then, pour some honey and ginger (crushed up) next.

3.) Pour some honey into your orange or apple juice as well. Make sure that it’s warm when you drink it.
