Dissapeared ID in "initialchatfriendslist" on facebook page source?

In "initialchatfriendslist" in facebook page source, is there possible that an user ID (about I know is waching my profile) to dissapear? I mean, I saw that ID 3 days ago, but now dissapeared completely from the list. please help.
