HOW TO FIX sql Exception after publising?Though it works well in VS2010...Pl Help me..

I completed a demo project, which requires login method ..This will be authenticated based on the response from SQL data base...
It works fine in VS 2010. But, after publising it,The login fails in demo website. But, it starts well...
It throws SQl Exception...
Pl Help
