It's an Amana side by side and the water filter is in the bottom grille. I can see what looks like a blue plastic rounded surface (bottom of the old filter?) but can't twist it or get my fingers on it. There is what looks like a button to the left of the water filter attached to the grille. When I push it, nothing happens.
