How to Remove Blank Cell Spaces in Excel

Here's how you can quickly remove multiple Blank cells in Excel:

1) Select the area of cells or columns you want to have blank cell spaces removed.

2) Then press "Ctrl" + "G" on your keyboard.. this will pop-up the Go To box.

3) Now press "Alt" + "S" on your keyboard.. this will pop-up the Go To Special box.

4) Now select "Blanks" and click OK.. this will select all the blank cells.

5) Now press "Ctrl" + "-" on your keyboard.. this will pop-up the Delete pop-up box  (Note: "-" is the minus sign)

6) In the Delete pop-up box choose "Shift cells up" if you'd like the blank cells removed by shifting the spaces upward.

7) That's it!
