How to Listen to Australian Open Tennis Matches Live Online Radio Broadcast

Can I listen to live radio broadcasts of tennis matches at the Australian Open?
by Updated September 27, 2013

If you're in the States, it's not always easy to keep up with the Australian Open. Let alone listen or watch the Australian Open matches.  However, this year the Australian Open has ball-by-call commentary of the play on centre court from Rod Laver Arena as well as regular score updates from the outside courts, news, player interviews and feature reports. They also have an iPhone app and Blackberry app that allow you to keep up with the Australian Open while on the go.

Here's how to start listening to the Australian Open tennis matches online:

  1. Go to: AO Radio page (and click Listen Live) or go directly to the AO Radio Player
  2. Live coverage starts at 10:45 am AEDST each day with a preview of the centre court action.

To listen to the Australian Open on your iPhone download the AO iPhone App or if you have a Blackberry go to the Australian Open Mobile page to download the app.
