Yes, but it will depend on the size of the Index card. Standard 4x6 index cards can be used.
The postcard size dimension should be no smaller than 3 1/2" x 5" and no larger than 4 1/4" x 6" in order to qualify as a postcard and to get a postcard rate stamp. A larger size index card will need a letter postage stamp.
