You can find out who subscribed to your Facebook updates by clicking the “Subscribers tab”. Friends are subscribed to you by default, they can see your posts in News Feed, if you do not change settings.

Subscribing is for people that you aren't friends with. People who are not your friends can subscribe to your public updates.
