You can change the AquaBliss SF100 12-Stage Filter Cartridge as often as every 3 months, as some people do. But it's recommended that you at least change the filter every 6 months.

Here's the AquaBliss Replacement 12-Stage Filter Cartridge, for use with High Output Universal Shower Filter SF100 & SF220.
