You can do it using the Content Advisor of IE. Click on Tools >Internet options>Content. Under Content Advisor click the Enable button. On the Ratings tab you can select what you want to allow or block and on the Approved Sites tab you can white-list websites that will not be blocked. In order to do that, you have to type in the URL of the website and click the always button.
