Is there an HDTV that automatically adjusts loud commercial volume lower?

Getting super annoyed with much louder commercials than the tv program you are watching? It's really noticable when watching a sporting event such as football on FOX. Is there an HDTV that automatically adjusts loud commercials volume lower?  The volume of commericals should be equal to that of the program you are watching, not double the volume.  Any recommendations?

I'm not too sure if there's a specific HDTV that has automatic volume control built-in to the tv, but TERK makes and Automatic TV Volume Controller.
