Hi Valeria,
Here’s a good smoothie recipe which you can make easily at home.
Green Julius Smoothie:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups orange juice
2 large mangoes
2 cups fresh parsley or spinach
2 cups of ice
Blend well and drink your healthy green smoothie. Yields 4 cups or 2 servings, as I feel 16 ounces is one serving for a smoothie.
