Fob in online slang means "Fob stands for Fresh Off the Boat. Fobs are not born in the United States. A fob 1. is not comfortable attending family gatherings because he or she doesn't understand English 2. has a couple of Asian friends but his or her partner is not Asian 3. has a different nationality but looks more or less like a white male or female."
