The best time to buy a new car is around Labor Day. This is because new car models arrive in September, so the best time to buy a car is around Labor Day, when dealers are eager to clear out the old models from their lots and will thus give you the best deal on buying a new car.

I’d say it’s December, because the festive time is in full swing with car dealerships giving good discounts and freebies at that time.
