The Bankrate IPO is scheduled for June 17th, 2011. Bankrate plans to raise sell 20 million shares at $14-$16 and will trade under the ticker symbol RATE.

The underwriters for Bankrate include: Goldman Sachs, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi, J.P. Morgan.
