When will cases be available for the iPod Touch 4.0?

When is the Apple Store expected to have cases for the iPod Touch 4.0? It seems kinda odd that it's been almost two months and they still aren't selling cases for it.

Cases are available now for the iPod Touch 4.0, however many Apple Stores have yet to receive cases in their stores, but the Apple Store should get cases in soon for the iPod Touch 4th generation.
