Most likely there is dust and / or lint in your iPhone lightning charge port. Try turning off your iPhone, then cleaning it out. You will likely need something stiff, to get the debris out. So a stiff toothpick might work and be the safest, but you might have to resort to using a metal Paperclip. You can also purchase iPhone / Lightning cleaning kits.
