How do I change the language on my Facebook?

Where do I go to change the language on Facebook? Is it possible to do this?

No matter where you are on Facebook, you can change the language by scrolling down to the very bottom of the page and clicking on “your current set language” beside “Facebook 2011” and selecting your language of choice.
