Yes, many experts say, eating dark chocolate is good for your health. Chocolate is made of cacao beans that are full of natural plant nutrients. Therefore, as many products coming from plants, it is an antioxidant. It also contains lots of minerals. Furthermore, chocolate lowers high blood pressure, improves blood flow, it is good for cardiovascular health.

This refers only to dark chocolate. White chocolate or milk chocolate do not have that many useful ingredients. You should eat moderate amounts only, and it is advisable to balance the extra calories by eating less of other things.
